Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, you can change or cancel your plan anytime from the Parent Zone in the app. If you cancel, you'll keep access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately.

What payment methods are available?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB). All payments are processed securely through Stripe — your card details are never stored on KidTalk's servers.

Are there any feature limitations on the free plan?

The free plan allows up to 5 conversations per day and 1 child profile. The conversation history viewer is exclusive to the Premium plan. All other core features — safety filters, voice interaction, and multi-language support — are fully available on the free plan.

Is there a free trial?

The free plan itself serves as a trial — you can start using KidTalk with up to 5 conversations per day right after signing up. Try it with your child and upgrade when you're ready for more.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your child's profiles and conversation history are never deleted when you downgrade. However, if you exceed the free plan's limit of 1 child profile, you won't be able to add new profiles until you're within the limit. Existing profiles are kept as-is.
